About This Service
There are always two separate costs with Meta advertising, and we keep them separate on purpose:
1. Our service fee, what you pay IYEC for strategy, campaign setup, creative direction, and ongoing management.
2. Your Meta ad wallet, the actual ad spend, which you fund directly into your own Meta Ads Manager account. This money goes to Meta, not to IYEC, and is never included in our quotation.
You stay in control of your own Meta Business account and ad wallet throughout, we manage campaigns inside it, we do not hold or move your ad budget.
Documents Required
- Our Service Fee: covers strategy, campaign setup, creative direction, and ongoing management, this is what IYEC quotes and invoices you for.
- Your Meta Ad Wallet: the actual advertising budget, funded by you directly into your own Meta Ads Manager account. Meta bills this separately and it is never part of our quotation.

- Target audience, who you want to reach, even roughly (location, age, interests)
- Monthly ad budget you are planning to fund into your own Meta wallet (this helps us scope the management plan, it is not part of our fee)
- Access to your Meta Business account, or we can guide you through setting one up
- Existing creative assets, photos, videos, or brand guidelines, if you have any
- Website or landing page you want traffic sent to, if applicable

- You do not need a Meta Business account set up already, we can help you create one
- Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your payment method on file in Ads Manager, on their own schedule, separate from any IYEC invoice

Q: Can I change my ad budget later?
A: Yes, since it is funded directly in your own Meta Ads Manager, you can adjust it at any time independent of your IYEC service agreement.
Q: Can I negotiate the service quotation?
A: Yes, request a renegotiation with a note or counter-amount and IYEC will go back to the provider on your behalf.
