Grievance Redressal Policy

How users and consumers can submit, track, escalate, and appeal complaints concerning IYEC services, content, privacy, and payments.

What to include

Provide your name, contact details, account or order reference, the affected URL or service, dates, a clear description, preferred resolution, and relevant evidence. For privacy or account requests, we may verify identity. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CVV values, or full card details.

Process and timelines

  1. We acknowledge complaints concerning user content or intermediary functions within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, or sooner where applicable law requires.
  2. We acknowledge other consumer, payment, privacy, account, and service complaints within 48 business hours and issue a reference number where practicable.
  3. We triage urgent child safety, account compromise, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, and credible threats immediately. Statutory removal or reporting periods apply where relevant.
  4. We aim to resolve other ordinary complaints within 30 calendar days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Complex matters may take longer, and we will explain material delay.
  5. You may request one internal appeal within 15 days of the decision, identifying the error or new evidence.

Content and intellectual-property notices

For unlawful content, include the exact URL, legal basis, ownership or authority, and a good-faith statement. We may notify the uploader and permit a response unless law, safety, or investigation needs prevent it. Intellectual-property notices follow the Intellectual Property Policy.

External remedies

You may approach an appropriate Consumer Commission, the National Consumer Helpline, the Data Protection Board of India when relevant provisions apply, a court, police, or another competent regulator. Using our process does not remove a non-waivable statutory remedy.
