No. Registering as an investor on IYEC is free. There is no annual membership fee. You only commit capital when you choose to invest in a startup.

Every startup completes our 3-stage vetting: idea validation, team background check, and market validation workshop. Only startups with strong fundamentals are approved for deal flow.

Our minimum ticket size is ₹5 Lakh for Angel investors. For syndicated rounds, we sometimes allow ₹1–2L through co-investment pools. Contact us for details.

Our standard SHA includes pro-rata rights, anti-dilution protection, and information rights. We recommend using our templates, vetted by our legal partners.

Quarterly updates are delivered via your investor dashboard. Startups are required to submit standardised MIS reports within 30 days of each quarter end.

Yes. NRI investors can participate under FEMA regulations. We assist with RBI filings and compulsory FIPB reporting where applicable.
