IYEC materials
IYEC and its licensors own the IYEC marks, original website elements, software, databases, course materials, publications, graphics, videos, templates, and program content. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the service under the Terms.
User and partner materials
Users retain ownership of their content and grant the limited operational licence stated in the Terms. Partners and service providers retain their pre-existing materials. A custom statement of work may allocate ownership of paid deliverables differently.
Permission requests
Written permission is required to use IYEC logos, record or resell courses, reproduce substantial content, issue misleading endorsements, or register confusingly similar names. Send the proposed use, territory, duration, format, and audience to contact@iyec.in.
Takedown notice
A rights owner or authorised agent should send: identification of the protected work or mark; the exact URL and description of challenged material; contact details; evidence of ownership or authority; the legal basis; and statements of good-faith belief and accuracy. Sign electronically or physically.
We may remove or restrict material, ask for clarification, notify the uploader, preserve records, and terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices may create liability.
Counter-notice
An uploader who believes removal was mistaken may identify the removed material, explain the lawful basis, provide contact details, consent to appropriate jurisdiction where required, and sign a statement of accuracy. We may restore material if the claimant does not pursue appropriate legal action and restoration is lawful.
