Required conduct
Use IYEC lawfully, honestly, respectfully, and only for authorised entrepreneurship, learning, networking, professional, or transactional purposes. Follow program, event, marketplace, community, intellectual-property, privacy, and safety rules.
Prohibited content and activity
- Fraud, impersonation, forged credentials, pyramid schemes, deceptive fundraising, bribery, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or illegal goods and services.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, stalking, doxxing, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
- Spam, scraping, unsolicited bulk contact, fake reviews, manipulation, or collection of personal data without authority.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, denial of service, unauthorised scanning, bypassing controls, reverse engineering, or interference with other users.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights violations.
- Uploading another person's Aadhaar, PAN, bank, tax, identity, or confidential business data without a lawful need and authority.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, IYEC may warn, remove content, limit distribution, suspend features or accounts, cancel participation, preserve evidence, withhold disputed payouts where lawful, notify affected parties, or report conduct to authorities. We may act immediately where safety, fraud, legal compliance, or system integrity requires it.
Appeals and reports
Report violations through contact@iyec.in with links, dates, account details, and evidence. Affected users may appeal a moderation decision through the Grievance Redressal process. Repeated or clearly abusive reports may themselves violate this policy.
