Delivery channels
IYEC primarily supplies digital or service-based deliverables through the member dashboard, email, WhatsApp, video meeting, download, event admission, provider workspace, government portal, or another method stated in the listing or order. No physical shipping is included unless a listing expressly says so.
When delivery begins
Delivery begins after payment confirmation, required verification, receipt of complete information and documents, and acceptance of any quotation or scope. Automated account or ticket access is usually provided promptly. Manual review may take 1-2 business days. Listing-specific or written timelines control.
Customer dependencies
You must provide accurate information, authorised documents, approvals, feedback, signatures, and government or third-party access on time. Delays caused by missing or incorrect materials extend the schedule. We may pause work where instructions are unsafe, unlawful, contradictory, or fees are overdue.
Milestones and acceptance
Custom or marketplace projects may use milestones. A deliverable is accepted when approved in writing, used in production, or not reasonably rejected with specific defects within the stated review window, ordinarily 7 days. Preference changes or work outside scope require a change request and may affect price and timing.
Government and third-party timelines
Government filings, payment networks, platforms, investors, grant bodies, couriers, registries, and independent providers control their own decisions and timing. Estimates are not guarantees. IYEC will communicate known material delays and pursue reasonable correction where responsible.
