Accepted methods and authorisation
Available methods may include Razorpay-supported cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, bank transfer, approved offline payment, or cash where expressly offered. By paying, you authorise the stated amount, applicable taxes, and disclosed charges. Payment is complete only after verification.
Pricing, taxes, and invoices
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. GST or other taxes are shown where applicable. Provide correct billing, GSTIN, and address details before invoice issue. Corrections are subject to tax law and may not be possible after statutory reporting deadlines.
Failed, duplicate, and suspicious payments
A bank debit without platform confirmation may be pending. Contact us with the payment reference and wait for reconciliation before paying again where practical. Duplicate confirmed payments will be refunded. We may hold or reverse suspicious transactions and request verification.
Instalments, subscriptions, and chargebacks
Future instalments or renewals occur only as disclosed and lawfully authorised. Cancelling a mandate does not erase an already earned balance. Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension and lawful recovery costs.
Provider payouts
Marketplace provider payouts may be reduced by disclosed platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or customer remedies. Payout requires identity, tax, bank, completion, and compliance checks. Detailed project terms control the payout schedule.
