Registration and admission
Registration is personal unless transfer is approved. Bring requested identification or confirmation. IYEC may refuse or revoke admission for safety, capacity, invalid payment, false information, or policy breach. Minors require guardian consent and any stated supervision.
Schedule and speakers
Speakers, venue, format, agenda, and timings may change for reasonable operational reasons. IYEC may reschedule, move online, combine, or cancel. Refund rights are stated in the Refund Policy and any event listing.
Conduct, safety, and accessibility
Follow venue rules and staff instructions. Harassment, disruption, intoxication, dangerous items, unauthorised selling, and unlawful recording are prohibited. Tell us about accessibility or dietary needs sufficiently in advance. Emergencies and personal medical needs remain subject to venue and public services.
Photography and recordings
IYEC may photograph or record general event activity for documentation and promotion, subject to law and posted notice. Tell staff at registration if you need a reasonable opt-out. Separate consent will be sought for focused testimonials or sensitive use. You may not record private sessions, confidential material, or another attendee against their wishes.
Personal property and travel
Attendees arrange and bear their own travel, visa, accommodation, equipment, and insurance unless expressly included. IYEC is not responsible for personal property or third-party travel loss except where law requires.
